Terms of service

1. Introduction: Terms of service describe the store TN Marine and anything that pertains to the sale of products and content in store.

2. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the online store, users agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts: the process of creating a user account is not yet TBD. Currently there are no user accounts. Tn Marine is not reponsible for juveniles accessing site.

4. Product Listings: Products are listed under the site in order by "New" or "Used"items. As per the return policy only New items may be returned. The price listed for each product is the price...non negotiable. Shipping will be address at checkout via weight of products thus selected.

5. Ordering and Payment: When wanted products are selected click the "Add to Cart" button. Items will be in cart and available quantity will be applied. When ready for checkout or placing order, the system will prompt you to enter your delivery adress and payment information. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted. To place order click the " Place Order" button.

6. Returns and Refunds: Only "NEW" Items are eligible to be returned and refunded.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on the online store, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection: User data is collected, stored, and used, as well as any third parties that may have access to this information.

9. Prohibited Activities: Fraud, hacking, or unauthorized use of other users' accounts is prohibited l.

10. Limitation of Liability: The online store is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by users, except where prohibited by law.

11. Termination: The online store may terminate a user's account or access to the platform if user is found guilty of any reason layed out in the terms and services.
